“Major and Kya’s story started with an urgent plea for any rescue to step up for these young pups whose lives were spent crated for hours – each and every day. Days turned into weeks as they continued to live this way – we couldn’t let this continue.
While we have 4 dogs in boarding waiting to come in, we couldn’t let them spend one more day like prisoners. When they arrived at the kennel, they were shy and unsure. But as soon as their paws hit grass in our play yard, we saw them burst with excitement and pure happiness. They ran, they played, and they loved our volunteers. They craved this type of life each day they spent living in a crate. Seeing them enjoy themselves, like all dogs should, makes it all worth it. They are currently getting vetted and will be available for adoption soon!”
