Mosquitoes spread heartworms so to help eliminate them, fill a bowl with Apple Cider Vinegar and set outside. The mosquitoes will be attracted by the sweet smell of the apple and drown in the vinegar.
One teaspoon of Ivory dishwashing liquid per gallon of water in rain barrels and other pools of still water kills any developing mosquitoes larvae.
To make flea shampoo for your dog or cat, mix equal parks of apple cider vinegar and Dawn dishwashing liquid and lather up your pet with the solution and rinse clean.
Put a few drops of Dawn dishwashing liquid in a bowl of water and dip your flea comb in the solution and run through your pet’s coat once a day to kill fleas.
After bathing your pet, rinse the pet with two ounces of Skin so Soft bath oil per gallon of water. Skin so soft repels fleas and gives your pet a shiny coat. Do not use on cats if it contains sunscreen, it may be harmful when they lick their fur.
